CUSTOMS/ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

Please note that payable import duties, taxes or shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to understand all costs before ordering. Customers are to ensure their own acceptance of items. Any re-delivery of orders needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE / RETURN TO SENDER

Please use the Australia Post and Sendle online tools to track your parcel. We are not responsible for the fault of delivery by Australia Post or Sendle. Contact us for help, but we are not able to refund in these circumstances. 

If your parcel was returned to sender by the postal service, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a store credit when we receive it. This usually occurs when the postal service has attempted to make multiple deliveries or your parcel has been awaiting collection from your local post office and is now being returned back to us.

Please note: redelivery will be at the cost of the customer and we are unable to process a refund for return to sender parcels.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

Please double check that your postal address is correct before ordering. We will help out where possible - but if the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund or replace the goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed and paid for, if you choose to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our orders don't always work out... we'll help you get sorted!
  • Items can be returned within 30 days from delivery for a store credit.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time (unless faulty).
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
  • We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.
  • Once an order is placed, if you choose to cancel, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the purchase.

CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Hair accessories
  • Teething toys
  • Dummies

All products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • Without marks

PLEASE TAKE CARE when trying on our goodies! If your return does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you.

EXCHANGES

As we have a high turnover of stock, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like an item in a different size/colour, we recommend re-ordering the item before returning your original order.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
